Connecting your wearable devices to Kalsofit creates a continuous data stream that powers personalized insights, adaptive coaching, and comprehensive health tracking.

Apple Watch / Apple Health Setup

Step 1: Grant Permissions

  1. Open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Kalsofit
  2. Enable all categories: Activity, Body Measurements, Heart Rate, Sleep, Workouts

Step 2: Enable Background Sync

  1. Open Kalsofit → Settings → Integrations
  2. Tap “Connect Apple Health”
  3. Authorize read access for all health categories
  4. Enable “Background Refresh” in iPhone Settings for Kalsofit

Step 3: Verify Data Flow

Complete a 10-minute walk. Check Kalsofit Dashboard within 5 minutes. Steps and heart rate should appear automatically.

Garmin Connect Setup

Step 1: Account Linking

  1. Kalsofit → Settings → Integrations → Garmin Connect
  2. Log in with your Garmin credentials
  3. Authorize data sharing

Step 2: Activity Sync Configuration

  1. Garmin Connect Web → Profile → Account Settings → Data Export
  2. Enable “Third-Party Access”
  3. Select data types: Activities, Sleep, Heart Rate, Stress

Step 3: Post-Workout Sync

Garmin activities sync automatically within 15 minutes of upload. For immediate sync, pull-to-refresh on the Kalsofit Dashboard.

Fitbit Setup

Step 1: OAuth Connection

  1. Kalsofit → Settings → Integrations → Fitbit
  2. Log in with your Fitbit account
  3. Accept all data permission requests

Step 2: Data Granularity

Fitbit provides different data resolution based on your subscription:

  • Fitbit Free: Daily summaries only
  • Fitbit Premium: Intraday heart rate, detailed sleep stages, HRV

For best results, upgrade to Fitbit Premium before connecting.

Oura Ring Setup

Step 1: API Token Generation

  1. Oura App → Settings → API Access → Generate Token
  2. Copy the personal access token
  3. Paste into Kalsofit → Settings → Integrations → Oura Ring

Step 2: Sleep Data Alignment

Oura calculates sleep scores at 6am local time. Kalsofit imports this data at 7am. For immediate import, use the manual sync button.

Troubleshooting

Data Not Appearing

  • Verify device is charged and worn correctly
  • Check that permissions are granted in device-specific app
  • Force-close and reopen Kalsofit
  • Log out and reconnect the integration

Duplicate Activities

When multiple devices track the same workout, Kalsofit uses the following priority:

  1. GPS-enabled device (Garmin, Apple Watch)
  2. Highest data granularity source
  3. Manual entry (if marked as primary)

Historical Data Import

First-time connections import 90 days of historical data. To request deeper imports, contact support.
