Beginner Fitness Plan

This 4-week fitness plan is designed to help beginners establish a consistent exercise routine while gradually building strength and endurance.

Week 1: Foundation

  • Day 1–2: 20-minute brisk walking
  • Day 3: Bodyweight squats (2 sets of 10), push-ups (2 sets of 5)
  • Day 4–5: Rest or light stretching (10 minutes)
  • Day 6: 15-minute jog
  • Day 7: Full rest

Week 2: Building Momentum

  • Day 1: 25-minute brisk walking + lunges (2 sets of 8 per leg)
  • Day 2: Rest
  • Day 3: Push-ups (3 sets of 5), planks (20 seconds)
  • Day 4–5: 20-minute jog
  • Day 6: Yoga or stretching session (20 minutes)
  • Day 7: Full rest
